Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition based in Natchitoches, LA. 10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes running east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package. We hire experienced drivers and also consider recent CDL school graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of instruction for a paid training program. Compensation : Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay varies based on experience and route assignment. Paid training : Fully paid three- to five-week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement. Bonuses : Safety and performance bonus opportunities available. Home time : Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment. Equipment : Assigned late-model 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors. Haul no-touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop-and-hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S. Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Qualifications : Valid Class A CDL. Experienced drivers are welcome; recent graduates with at least 120 hours of CDL instruction are considered for paid training. Satisfactory driving record and strong focus on safety. Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug test.
