We are partnering with a growing leader in the infrastructure and transportation technology space to identify an experienced Regional Controller for their Fort Worth, TX operation. Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) Compensation: $140K–$150K base + 10% bonus This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering closely with regional operations teams to drive financial performance, compliance, and operational success. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5+ years of construction/project accounting experience CPA highly preferred Strong Excel and ERP system experience (Foundation/Spectrum preferred) Construction, General Contractor (GC), or Subcontractor industry background Experience with work in Progress (WIP) Reporting Job Costing & Project Financial Analysis experience GAAP Accounting Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management This role will oversee regional accounting operations including: Month-end close and financial reporting WIP schedules and profitability tracking Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable oversight Budget variance analysis and forecasting Internal controls and GAAP compliance Cross-functional collaboration with operations leadership The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner who thrives in fast-paced project environments and can provide financial visibility across large-scale operations.
