Regional Director, Interventional Glaucoma Sales

Sight Sciences is seeking a Regional Sales Director – Interventional Glaucoma to lead and develop a sales team across Minnesota. This role involves achieving regional revenue targets, executing strategic business plans, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive sales within ophthalmology practices. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of relevant experience in medical device sales, a strong understanding of ophthalmology, and is capable of extensive travel (50–75%). They should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills.
