The Regional Sales Director – Interventional Glaucoma is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Interventional Glaucoma Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets. This role requires a strategic, execution-focused leader who can drive adoption of Sight Sciences’ technologies within ophthalmology practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and hospital systems. Responsibilities Sales Execution & Performance Management Meet or exceed quarterly and annual regional revenue targets Translate national strategy into clear regional execution plans and priorities Drive disciplined use of CRM tools, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline management Monitor and analyze performance trends to identify risks and opportunities Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of sales representatives Establish a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth, centered around Sight Sciences’ 5 behaviors Conduct regular field coaching to improve clinical acumen, sales effectiveness, and territory management Manage performance, including goal setting, ongoing feedback, coaching and development, and formal reviews Market Development Partner with physicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and administrators to expand adoption of interventional glaucoma procedures Identify and remove barriers to procedural growth, including workflow, reimbursement, and patient educat
