Position Summary The Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical services across multiple sites within the region. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and alignment with organizational goals. The RDCS partners closely with executive leadership, site administrators, and clinical teams to drive best practices and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Provide regional oversight and leadership for clinical operations across assigned locations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations and standards Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, procedures, and quality initiatives Support site leadership with clinical guidance, staffing strategies, and performance improvement Monitor clinical outcomes, audits, and quality metrics; implement corrective action plans as needed Lead, mentor, and develop clinical leaders and staff across the region Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and strategic growth initiatives Serve as a clinical liaison between regional sites and executive leadership Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and excellence Qualifications Active clinical license (RN- Ohio) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 5+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience, preferably in a regional or multi-site role Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best clinical practices Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive performance improvement Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region What We Offer Competitive salary and leadership-level compensation package Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO) Supportive executive leadership and collaborative culture Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple communities Professional growth and advancement opportunities How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume.
