Job Description
Position Overview The Regional Executive Vice President is responsible for the overall strategic execution, business development, operational management, and team building within their assigned region. This role ensures that regional objectives align with the company's overarching strategy, driving business growth, market expansion, and profitability improvements. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Formulate and implement regional business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives. Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to propose strategic adjustments. Drive the implementation of key projects and new business models to increase regional market share. Business Operations Management Accountable for achieving key regional performance indicators (revenue, profit, costs, market share, etc.). Optimize regional operational processes to enhance efficiency and resource utilization. Oversee the collaborative functioning of various departments, including supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance. Team Leadership & Development Build and manage a high-performance team, fostering the development of core management talent. Establish a performance management framework to motivate the team toward achieving business objectives. Drive regional culture-building initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Risk Management & Compliance Identify and manage regional business risks, including financial, legal, compliance, and reputational risks. Ensure that all regional operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication Collaborate closely with headquarters and other regional executive teams to share best practices. Provide business reports, analyses, and strategic recommendations to the Group's senior leadership. Qualifications Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Work Experience: 20+ years of management experience within the relevant industry, including at least 5 years in a senior management role; experience in cross-regional management is preferred.
