Role Description The Regional Finance Director is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring fiscal health within assigned regions. This role involves financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. The Regional Finance Director will also collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategies and contribute to the strategic growth of the organization. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Planning and general Finance operations Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and preparing Financial Reporting Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proven experience in managing financial strategies in a corporate or manufacturing setting Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA certification preferred) Thorough knowledge of Canadian financial regulations and compliance standards Ability to work independently and excel in a remote environment
