SweatHouz (SWTHZ) is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-location Fitness & Wellness studios, driving growth, guest experience, and operational excellence. You will oversee sauna studio performance, coach General Managers, and ensure consistent execution of SweatHouz standards. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, optimizing staffing and scheduling, managing regional P&L, and implementing marketing and membership initiatives. You’ll champion a health-focused, inclusive culture, develop high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with safety, wellness, and brand protocols across your region.
