Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for direct hires, including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification assessment, interviewing, and post-interview follow-up. Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow, recommend process improvements, and enhance both quality of hire and candidate experience. Drive talent sourcing for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles across multiple regions, with a primary focus on the United States. Utilize a diverse range of global recruitment methods to identify, attract, and secure qualified candidates to meet talent acquisition targets. Monitor employment market trends in key business regions and support the Recruitment Lead with periodic industry analysis. Contribute to strategic reports by conducting in-depth talent interviews, providing actionable insights into industry movements, company operations, organizational structures, and the talent landscape within targeted sectors. Support employer branding initiatives , including the coordination of presentations, technical events, and the promotion of employee referral programs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications At least one year of demonstrated proficiency in advanced talent acquisition methodologies, including but not limited to Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking system (ATS) usage, and various sourcing platforms and innovative recruitment tools. Proven ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies effectively. Demonstrated analytical approach to problem-solving. Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required, as this role will support stakeholders based in China. Preferred Qualifications Prior recruitment or talent sourcing experience in the cloud technology or data center sectors within a professional environment. Proven ability to design and implement candidate pipeline strategies, including process optimization and evaluation of interview conversion rates. Strong problem-solving, project coordination, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrated excellence in client service, analytical reasoning, and advanced communication skills.
