A Day in the Life The Regional Sales Director – South is a senior field leadership role responsible for driving sell-through performance and year-over-year revenue growth across Armani Beauty and Valentino Beauty within department and specialty store retail doors across the South region. This leader serves as the strategic architect and people champion of the regional sell-through team, cultivating a high-performance culture while defending and growing share of market within our key retail partners. This individual brings a forward-thinking, commercially savvy mindset to navigate a competitive and evolving retail landscape — building strong retailer partnerships, executing brand strategy at the store level, and developing the next generation of field talent. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven track record delivering a high-performance team culture through coaching, mentoring, and leadership. Cosmetics/Beauty industry experience required. Proven experience managing, motivating, and developing a regional sales team. Deep understanding of the department store and specialty retail landscape (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, or equivalent). Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively and build positive, effective business partnerships at both the field and corporate levels. Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, OneNote & Teams.
