This role ensures consistent sales processes, CRM utilization, and performance standards while serving as a strategic partner to Executive Directors and Operations leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven leader who can balance strategy with execution, motivate teams, analyze market trends, and build strong referral partnerships to achieve census and revenue goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Partner with community leadership to develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans. Ensure consistent use of CRM systems, sales processes, and follow-up standards across all communities. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and census data to inform regional strategy. Team Supervision, Coaching & Development Supervise, coach, train, and mentor Area and Community Sales Managers to improve closing ratios and pipeline performance. Conduct regular on-site and virtual sales coaching and performance reviews. Collaborate frequently with the Regional VP of Operations and sales leaders to ensure alignment and accountability. Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of sales team members. Establish clear expectations, goals, and accountability for sales outcomes. Performance Management & Reporting Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads, tours, conversion rates, move-ins, and occupancy. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans when needed. Prepare and present regular performance reports and updates to executive leadership. Relationship Building & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners. Represent ALG Senior at networking events, community functions, and industry events. Partner with marketing to align regional outreach, branding, and lead-generation efforts. Operational Collaboration Work closely with Executive Directors and Operations leadership to align sales efforts with operational readiness. Support communities during openings, transitions, and special initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience 3–5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site operations Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar platforms Passion for senior care and relationship-driven sales If you’re a results-oriented sales leader ready to drive growth and mentor teams across multiple communities, apply today to join ALG Senior as a Regional Sales Manager .
