The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting potential clients, delivering compelling sales presentations, negotiating, and closing deals. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and provide input on market trends and opportunities. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Experience in automotive or service retention solutions is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.
