Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager – Accessories : Clawson, MI | Hybrid | Ekaras Inc. Ekaras Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to support and grow our accessories and productivity solutions business across North American manufacturers. This role focuses on technical sales of toolholding and workholding solutions including Fastmill workholding, Haimer tool holding systems and Rotary Tables. Responsibilities Drive sales of tooling and workholding solutions Support machine tool opportunities with accessory packages Visit customers to identify productivity improvements Provide technical demonstrations and recommendations Build relationships with new and existing customers Support trade shows and technical events Qualifications Experience in machining, tooling, or manufacturing environment Knowledge of tool holders, workholding, or machining accessories Prior sales engineering, applications, or machinist background preferred Strong customer-facing and communication skills Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
