Job Description
Position: Regional Services Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Salary Range: $140,000–$185,000, depending on experience General Responsibilities This organization is comprised of multiple service lines and geographic divisions, offering consulting services across building science, technology, real estate, and facilities management. Professionals in this group act as trusted advisors to building owners, developers, contractors, financial institutions, and architects. Services are centered around key practice areas, including Building Enclosure, Facility Asset Management, Due Diligence, Accessibility, Structural, Mechanical/Energy, Construction Risk, and Construction Management. The regional division includes offices across the Southeast, with services currently delivered from Atlanta and Nashville. This position is based in Atlanta and will play a key role in leading and growing the local office and regional operations. The company is seeking a dynamic leader to manage, grow, and serve as a technical resource for regional operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong entrepreneurial skills, established industry connections in Atlanta and the surrounding region, A/E/C business acumen, technical expertise in roofing and building envelope systems, and the ability to collaborate across teams while mentoring and developing a diverse group of professionals. Essential Roles And Responsibilities Manage, grow, and serve as a technical resource for a regional team responsible for executing services across multiple practice areas. Provide leadership and direction to maintain quality and safety standards, as well as consistency in policies, practices, and procedures. Monitor team and individual performance, and facilitate training, site visits, quality audits, and safety investigations. Support and coordinate marketing efforts and recruitment activities in partnership with internal teams. Develop and implement annual growth strategies and budgets; manage financial and operational performance to drive profitability and efficiency. Oversee projects and client relationships to ensure consistent excellence in delivery and performance. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field focused on building science and technology (construction and/or design). Minimum of 15 years of related experience, or 20 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Professional registration (Architecture or Engineering) in Georgia preferred. Industry certifications such as RRO/RRC, RWC/REWC, REWO, RBEC, CBECxP, LEED, CASP, etc. are a plus. Active involvement in professional organizations such as AIA, ASHRAE, BEC, ABAA, IIBEC, USGBC, etc. is a plus.
