The Corcoran Group RVP, Franchise Sales- Western Region of the United States Territory includes: IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, WI, SD, ID,MT, OR, WA and WY The RVP of Franchise Sales, The Corcoran Group, is responsible for driving franchise sales growth within a designated market by building and managing a strong prospect pipeline, from lead generation through conversion, to meet annual targets. They are expected to clearly articulate the brand's value proposition and growth strategy while leveraging networking and media to expand reach and accountability. They will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, owning individual and team performance through disciplined execution of sales fundamentals and continuous development. RVP's maintain accurate CRM tracking and develop comprehensive due diligence presentations to support leadership decision-making and brand events. This role also collaborate cross-functionally with shared services, sales enablement, and growth teams to leverage data, tools, and resources, ensuring an effective sales funnel and seamless prospect-to-franchisee experience. The ideal candidate will reside in the western half of the United States ( preferably in the territory) and have access to a major airport. Your Responsibilities Own the Sales Cycle: Manage end-to-end deal flow-from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing-driving consistent conversion outcomes. Drive Results: Execute the brand's sales strategy to meet or exceed annual quotas, managing multiple opportunities across the pipeline simultaneously. Advise with Confidence: Lead prospect conversations and guide decision-making throughout the sales process, operating independently while leveraging leadership support at key stages. Colla
