Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Collect and record session data accurately and consistently Support clients with communication, social, play, daily living, and academic skills Implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors Follow protocols for behavior management and reinforcement Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions Communicate progress and challenges with supervising BCBA and families Qualifications Active RBT certification from the BACB (or enrolled in training program) High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented
