Now Hiring:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician - Spanish Bilingual Locations:Ocean County, NJ - Toms River & West Creek Areas.About the Role Sunshine Advantage is looking for Spanish English bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Behavior Technicians who want to help kids and make a difference.In this role, you'll work one-on-one with a child, helping them learn everyday skills like communicating, playing, and following routines.You'll always have support from a supervisor (BCBA), so you're never doing this alone.No experience? Flexible schedules (part-time & full-time options) Cases close to home to minimize travel Paid training (no prior ABA experience required) Career growth support, including guidance toward RBT certification Hands-on clinical experience toward BCBA/BCaBA pathways 401(k) benefits Referral bonus opportunities Supportive team environment with ongoing supervision and mentorship What You'll Do Provide one-on-one support to children in their home or community Follow a clear treatment plan created by your supervisor (BCBA) Help teach communication, social, and everyday life skills Track progress during each session Follow behavior plans and learning programs Communicate with your supervisor, team, and families Support caregivers when appropriate Complete session notes and required documentation Attend trainings and team meetings What We're Looking For Required:High School Diploma or GED Fluent in Spanish and English Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to complete training and obtain RBT certification Ability to pass a background check Preferred (Not Required):Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Job Type:Part-time Pay:$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Paid sick time Professional development assistance Referral program Application Question(s):Are you available to work the hours of Monday through Friday from 3 pm-7 pm and Saturday from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm?
