Description Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay. Learn more about our referral program here: https://www.carryontherapy.com/referral-program Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record data on client progress Collaborate with families and clinical team members Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications Active RBT certification ( required at time of application ) High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred) Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Why Carry On Therapy We understand the importance of balance, mentorship, and realistic expectations.
