Duties Provide direct 1:1 behavior therapy to children with Autism in a variety of settings Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior using tablet software Follow interventions as outlined by the supervising BCBA Maintain client confidentiality and a high level of professionalism in all settings Maintain records, materials, and instructional tools in the home and center-based neighborhood in an organized fashion Requirements: Driver’s license with a good driving record and your means of transportation Pass a TB Test and Criminal Background Check RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) credential required (we offer free ongoing RBT re-certification training and supervision if needed) Job Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with behaviorally challenged children with Autism or other developmentally delaying disorders is required . -Preferred : AA/BS Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, SLP, Communications, or similar fields. Applicant must be a punctual, responsible, dedicated individual who is friendly, motivated, and patient.
