Competitive hourly rate Location: East Longmeadow, Westfield, Springfield, MA Responsibilities: Must be able to implement safety protocols to keep the client safe. Must have experience working with children with aggressive behaviors. Safety Care training recommended for this position. If you have experience working with clients with aggressive behaviors or are safety care trained, that will be looked at favorably Accurately implement structured and individualized intervention programs (behavior reduction and skill acquisition) developed by the Program Director for ABA 1+ years of experience working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, clients with moderate/severe disabilities or related disorders Follow specific management guidelines for the client Work as a team member to ensure the delivery of high-quality intervention across environments Maintain accurate data collection and graphing for each program Attend training opportunities as assigned by the Supervisor A complete daily documentation of service delivery for each client served Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all student-specific information (as required by HIPAA) Perform other duties and assignments as requested by the Supervisor High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
