School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Woodbridge, VA Model: Full-time | On-site School Year: 2026-2027 This position is from 8/24/26-10/30/26 with possibility to extend Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. We partner with school districts across the country,providing school-based opportunities for RBTs in a variety of settings. What You'll Be Doing*: Provide 1:1 or small group behavior support to students under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as designed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate and timely data on student behaviors and program implementation. Support students with communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and academic engagement. Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and caregivers to promote consistency and student success across environments. Assist with the development and generalization of positive behaviors in classroom, playground, and group settings.
