Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 Hours) Key Responsibilities: Digital scan with our Medit scanners Learn Milling with our Glidewell milling units. Apply pit and fissure sealants Take and process digital x-rays with accuracy Prepare treatment trays and assist chairside during dental procedures Welcome and prepare patients for treatment Monitor and restock clinical supplies Attention to detail Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols What We're Looking For: Prophy certification – REQUIRED Dental Practice Act Law & Ethics – REQUIRED Blood Borne Pathogens/Infection Control – REQUIRED X-ray certification – REQUIRED Active CPR Certification - REQUIRED Sealant Certification - REQUIRED for RDA Applicants Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (or graduation from a dental assisting program) Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills Must be dependable, punctual, and proactive What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and performance Simple IRA retirement plan Discounted dental care for you and your immediate family Performance-based and Annual bonuses After 1 Year of employment receive a $1000 Bonus Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow and develop in your career.
