Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – General Dentistry Allen Dental Lounge – Allen, TX Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday (32–36 Hours Weekly) Pay: $22–$27 per hour Join a Team That Values Reliability, Teamwork, and Patient Care Allen Dental Lounge is looking for a dependable, motivated Registered Dental Assistant who takes pride in delivering quality patient care and being a strong team player. We are a privately owned general dentistry practice focused on creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team. Responsibilities Assist doctors during general dentistry procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, exams, and other restorative treatment Take high-quality digital X-rays and clinical photos Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Help create a calm and welcoming patient experience Support the hygiene and doctor team throughout the day Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready for patient care Communicate clearly with patients and teammates Help maintain an efficient clinical flow What We’re Looking For Active Texas RDA license Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside assisting and X-ray skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Someone who is coachable, professional, and team-oriented Schedule Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM As the practice continues to grow, there may be future opportunities for additional hours. No weekends.
