Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Dietitian specializing in working with individuals and families that have eating disorders/disordered eating, ARFID, ADHD as well as general nutrition concerns. This is a about a 2/3 in person position in our Campbell, CA location. This position is perfect for someone who wants a long term position with an established, growing and supportive group practice. The ideal candidate is warm, approachable, collaborative, wants to learn, and comfortable working with individuals and families. The candidate has good communication skills, can work independently, yet enjoys working as a team collaborating with clients’ healthcare providers and therapists and is eager to learn and grow via participating in individual and group supervision/consultation as well as other learning opportunities. Our company atmosphere is friendly, supportive and collaborative. This position has minimal paperwork and meetings and a growing number of referrals are available each month. There may be opportunities to run some groups and develop curriculum. This position could also grow into full time. Bay Area Nutrition will provide client referrals, marketing, EHR, billing/collecting/insurance support, malpractice insurance, office supplies/equipment, admin support, wifi, furnished office and waiting room, supervision, training, and support. AVAILABILITY We require RD to have a minimum case load of 15 client hours/week, which is approximately 20 client hours of availability each week. This position has the opportunity to grow into more hours with additional bonuses for seeing 20+ clients a month. In person availability is required. Minimum client commitment is 2 days a week on Evenings (2-7:30pm) and one weekend day in morning or afternoon for a five hour shift (time can be determined by RD). Other client session times can virtual and timing can be flexible. Must be available from 11:30-12:45 am on Wednesdays for a Virtual Case consult meeting and supervision/training.
