Key Responsibilities Assess patients' nutritional needs through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams Provide dietary counseling and education to patients and their families Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in clinical nutrition and dietetics Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field Current registration and licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Proven experience in clinical nutrition, healthcare, or a related setting Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach Join our dynamic organization committed to fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and development.
