Registered Nurse

Job Description: In-Home Support Services is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home healthcare team in Fairfax, Virginia. We provide personal care and respite care services for Medicaid clients. The nurse will play a key role in ensuring quality patient care, compliance with Medicaid requirements, and ongoing client support in the community. Responsibilities: Conduct initial client assessments and reassessments Complete required Medicaid documentation (UAI, care plans, and nursing notes) Perform routine follow-ups and supervisory visits Coordinate care with aides, caregivers, and care coordinators Ensure compliance with DMAS and insurance requirements Monitor client health status and report any changes Support quality assurance and clinical oversight Requirements: Active Virginia RN or LPN license (required) Experience in home health, personal care, or LTSS preferred, No home healthcare experience?
