UCHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Cardiovascular Thoracic Progressive Care Unit (Nights). In this specialized role, you will provide evidence-based care to post-surgical cardiovascular and thoracic patients, perform continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, manage complex medications and drips, and respond to rapid changes in patient status. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, precept newer staff, and support quality and safety initiatives within an innovative, diverse, and inclusive environment focused on patient-centered care and professional growth.
