Independent Contractor: On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) & Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Facility: Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) Position: On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) with Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Experience Location: Peoria, AZ Schedule: On-Call / PRN Job Summary: Our Behavioral Health Residential Facility is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide on-call coverage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competence in psychiatric and behavioral health care, and be able to fulfill both nursing and BHT duties as needed to ensure continuity of care for our residents. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies and coordinate care as needed Assist with behavioral health interventions, crisis de-escalation, and implementation of treatment plans Support residents with daily living activities, therapeutic interventions, and milieu management Maintain accurate and timely clinical records Comply with all regulatory, licensing, and facility requirements Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in AZ Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) strongly preferred CPR/BLS certification Finger Print clearance card Knowledge of behavioral health best practices, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to work flexible, on-call hours including nights, weekends, and holidays To Apply: Send your resume and cover letter to admin@supportivelivingllc.com .
