The Clinical Evaluation Center (CEC) specializes in the assessment and stabilization of individuals in acute psychiatric crisis who are thought to need inpatient level of care. We evaluate walk-ins from the community to determine level of care. We evaluate and admit walkovers from our ambulatory, partial, and residential services, and scheduled patients from medical facilities. Job Summary Summary Utilizing the nursing process, responsibility for providing for immediate and long-term nursing care needs of patients within the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies.
