Registered Nurse Educator

Mohawk Valley Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse Educator to support high‑quality patient care and staff development within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The RN Educator will assess learning needs, design and deliver clinical education, support onboarding and competency validation, and promote evidence‑based practice. Working in a collaborative hospital environment, this role partners with nursing leadership to improve clinical outcomes, mentor nurses, and lead quality and safety initiatives while embodying MVHS values of teamwork, respect, and employee well‑being.
