Embark Behavioral Health Location: 3205 N Twyman Rd, Independence, MO 64058 Hourly Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 Choose Your Schedule Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00pm-7:00am Thursday to Saturday, 7:00pm-7:00am Rotational: Three days per week, 7:00am to 7:00pm including alternating weekdays and weekends Saturday to Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm (Part Time) Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse ready to make a real impact in adolescent mental health? Every day, as a RN at Embark Behavioral Health, you'll be a trusted source of care and support for teens (ages 12-17)—assessing their needs, administering medications, and ensuring they feel safe and heard. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate with families, and advocate for students in their healing journey. Responsibilities Be a trusted caregiver by assessing and responding when a student isn't feeling well. Support student well-being by monitoring vitals, administering medications, and tracking health progress. Collaborate with families and the care team by sharing important medical updates and advocating for student needs. Ensure safety and accuracy by tracking and documenting medications, including narcotics, every shift. Provide additional floor coverage on weekends to support staff and students and receive training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention techniques to support upset teens as they arise. Play a key role in the healing journey by observing and documenting mood, behavior, and overall health. Qualifications Required Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri CPR Certification Must be prepared
