Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Care McRae, GA & Lumber City, GAFreedom Elite Home Care LLC Position Overview Freedom Elite Home Care LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, in-home nursing care to medically fragile and special needs children.This position offers one-on-one care in the comfort of the patient's home while supporting families and improving quality of life.Key Responsibilities Provide direct skilled nursing care in a home settingo Monitor and assess patient condition, vital signs, and changes in statuso Administer medications and treatments as prescribedo Perform G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and oxygen therapyo Monitor and manage seizure activity and emergency interventionso Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededo Follow and implement individualized plans of careo Complete accurate, timely GAPP/Medicaid-compliant documentationo Educate and support caregivers and family memberso Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Georgia healthcare standardso Communicate effectively with physicians and care team Patient Population Children and young adults (21 years and younger)o Conditions may include:Cerebral palsy Epilepsy/seizure disorders Trach-dependent care G-tube/feeding tube care Muscular dystrophy Spina bifida Developmental and behavioral health needs Requirements for Hire Active Registered Nurse (RN) License - Georgiao Current CPR/BLS Certificationo Pediatric or home care experience preferredo Experience with trach and G-tube care strongly preferredo Must pass a background checko Must have reliable transportationo Must have a current resumeo Compassionate, dependable, and experienced with childreno Ability to work independently in a home setting What We Offer Weekly Payo One-on-one patient careo Supportive and professional work environmento Opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life Job Types:Full-time, Permanent Pay:$45.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
