Registered Nurse, Home CareBridgewater, NJ Remedy is currently partnered with a well established, privately owned and reputable home care provider located in Somerset County NJ to help them find a Full time OR part time Registered Nurse, Home Care.Organization offers great work life balance and a Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM type schedule with some flexibility.Registered Nurse, Home Care will be office based in the Bridgewater Area, and also conduct 2-3 supervisory visits per day in Somerset County NJ with a portion of remote/work from home time! Company car is available for usage to avoid wear and tear on your personal vehicle! Benefits and Compensation for the Registered Nurse, Home Care:Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from $85,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year depending on years of experience and qualifications.Pro-rated pay if less than full time is desired (Option for 30 - 40 hour per week depending on preference) 401K plan with 4% employer match, generous paid time off and flexibility offered COMPANY CAR AVAILABLE FOR USAGE!! Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Home Care:Provide approximately supervisory visits per day for adult/geriatric patients with various medical diagnosis such as dementia, hypertension, visual/auditory issues, issues with ambulation, etc.Conduct approximately 2 in-home visits per day or 45-50 visits per month (Position is approximately 60% field based - 40% office based) Create care plans, educate patients and their families, document appropriately and serve as a resource for HHAs or RNs if needed.Requirements of the Registered Nurse, Home Care:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in geriatrics is required, ideally in a home care or home health setting Prior Home Care experience is strongly preferred Call or text Kaitlin Heck for more information:610-640-1632 Pay:$85,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
