Pride Health is seeking a Home Health RN for one of our clients in AZ! (Contract) Coverage: 60 mile radius around Flagstaff, AZ Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, on-call rotation Contract: 3-month contract Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour Duties and Responsibilities Oasis Assessment Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits Team Case Conference Meetings.
