Job Description Summary: Schedule -12 hour shifts, 3x a week from 7am-7:30pm, with 7 weekend shifts in an 8 week scheduling period -Works 2 holidays per year on a 3 year rotation Join the OhioHealth Hospice team as a Hospice Registered Nurse at Kobacker House and make a meaningful impact by supporting patients and families through compassionate end-of-life care. In this role, you'll coordinate individualized care plans, conduct patient assessments, and provide education and guidance that helps patients remain comfortable. Your clinical expertise and ability to build trusting relationships will play a vital part in supporting symptom management, safety, and dignity for those we serve. As a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, you will collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and navigators to ensure seamless communication and holistic support for patients and their loved ones. This role is ideal for nurses who value critical thinking, strong organization skills, and meaningful patient care. Hospice experience is helpful, but strong candidates may also come from backgrounds such as home health, oncology, palliative care, or other roles requiring high-touch patient coordination.
