Pay:$2,050 to $2,113 weekly gross.Local Pay:$45/hr.to $46/hr.on W2.RN - Rehab Location:Lake City, FLSchedule:Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)Contract Length:8 weeks Required 1.5Years of Experience in Acute care Rehab BLS - Required ACLS - Preferred Duties:Provide skilled, evidence-based nursing care to patients with disabling injuries or illnesses who are in a rehabilitation program.Use the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) to deliver care that helps prevent complications, restore function, and improve patient outcomes.Develop, update, and carry out individualized patient care plans based on patient needs.Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with hospital procedures.Identify and communicate risks, problems, or quality concerns to appropriate staff.Current state RN license and basic certifications (e.g., BLS required, ACLS preferred for some roles).Job Type:Contract Pay:$2,050.00 - $2,113.00 per week Work Location:On the road.
