Job Description Job Description Sign on bonus of: $3000 for a one year contract $6000 for a two year contract Responsibilities: Responsible for medication administration for patients Responsible for injections and blood draws Collect vital signs Oversee medical supplies and sample medication closet. Assist with scheduling for medication services. Oversee the prescription pad tracking protocol. Oversee medication inventory and release log. Provide education on health related issues. Coordinate, when necessary, linkage to medical services. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates degree, bachelor preferred from an accredited college or university . State of Oklahoma Registered Nursing license . Show Competencies in Co-Occurring Disorders .
