Registered Nurse - Med/Surg A great hospital just outside of Ames, Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Med/Surg department! Join an excellent team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care! Pay Range: $29.50 - $45.00/hr $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Opportunity: Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire Schedule: Night Shift, Flexible, 3x12, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Coverage every 3rd or 4th weekend and every other holiday Comprehensive Benefits Package which includes, Health, Dental, Vision, and Retirement Package Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical and mental status Coordinating with other healthcare professionals in the facility to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care Facilitating patient admissions and discharges, ensuring all protocols are followed and necessary arrangements are made Maintaining thorough and accurate patient records, including but not limited to: assessments, interventions, medications administered, and patient outcomes Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Qualifications: Must have a valid RN License Must have BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS Open to New Grads Surrounding Community: Friendly, small-town atmosphere with a beautiful environment Many outdoor recreational opportunities are available near multiple parks and trails in a scenic setting Low cost of living, excellent schools, and low crime make this an excellent spot for a family Less than an hour away from ample city amenities
