In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills across a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative hospital environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, interpreting clinical data, implementing care plans, and ensuring care is delivered in accordance with professional nursing standards and hospital policies.
