Registered Nurse-Operating Room

Summary Job Summary: Assumes responsibilities of a surgical nurse to include but not limited to providing care to surgical patients before the procedure begins, during the procedure and post-surgical. Functions in several capacities, including circulating nurse, scrub nurse and sterile processing when needed. Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program. Current and valid North Carolina Registered Nurse license with biannual renewal. CPR and ACLS certification. CNOR preferred. Work Experience: Surgical Services RN experience preferred.
