Summary Of Role Are you a Registered Nurse who’s comfortable coordinating client care in the field? We’re looking for a motivated, compassionate professional to join our team! This role is part-time in our office based in Tucker, GA, and will require frequent travel to client homes for assessments (clients based in Tucker, Lilburn, Snellville, Stone Mountain, and the surrounding areas). Part-Time: $25-30/hour; based on applicable skills & experience Benefits: Upon the 1st of the month following 30 days of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll in our group benefit plans, including Health, Vision, and Dental. RN & CARE CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to: Conduct all in-home nursing assessments & develop care plan for the client. Travel to clients' homes and complete all documentation for nursing assessments. Evaluate clients as necessary to ensure client needs are consistent with the care plan. Coordinate with management on implementing and revising operational procedures related to quality client care. Document any client complaints concerning a caregiver and review complaints with the management team. Coach all staff in proper safety procedures and consistently reinforce procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one year in an office setting Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of GA for at least two years and hold an unencumbered license Minimum two years of community health, public health or home care experience, two to four years preferred One-year experience in geriatric care, preferred Current TB Test Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with clients and internal staff. Experience with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures Team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills Ability to supervise, guide and develop skills and performance of service personnel Ability to exercise independent judgement Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook with the ability to learn other software programs quickly, and other relevant forms of technology, including the use of phone systems and email PHYSICAL DEMANDS (including, but not limited to): The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
