**Location: Grand Rapids, MI Job Type:** Full-Time Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shift Options | 8-hour & 12-hour Shifts Setting: Behavioral Health (Inpatient - Youth, Adult & Older Adult Populations) **Sign-on Bonus Available! New graduates are welcome!** Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered care across behavioral health settings. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through recovery in a safe and structured environment. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Provide and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with physicians and care teams Monitor patient safety, identify risks, and report changes in condition Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and standards Support a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment Delegate tasks and provide oversight to clinical staff Participate in quality improvement and staff development initiatives Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a team-based behavioral health environment Commitment to patient-centered and compassionate care New grads are considered, but would prefer psych or ED experience.
