Department: 34404 Navicent Health Medical Center - Nursing: Medical/Surgical IU 4 Main Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou****rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 7ap Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: 4Main CV Stepdown 24-bed private CV Stepdown and telemetry unit Specializes in caring for cardiothoracic/vascular surgical, pre-operative and post-operative progressive care patients 4Main teammates new to critical care or enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA) Also serves as med/surg overflow We’re Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date. Cardiac/critical care experience preferred What You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
