The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient care and infusion. This role requires a compassionate individual who can provide high-quality patient care while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. The Registered Nurse will work closely with patients to ensure their comfort and monitor their responses to treatments. Duties Administer intravenous therapies and medications as prescribed by the provider. Perform venipuncture and maintain IV access for patients receiving treatment. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland. Experience in outpatient settings preferred; IV infusion experience a plus. Proficient in performing venipuncture and managing IV lines. Familiarity with ICD-10 coding Ability to work effectively in an acute care environment with strong organizational skills.
