Shift / Schedule Day Shift:6:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift:6:00 PM - 7:00 AM 3x12-hour shifts Every other weekend required 13-week contract to start, with potential for extension / long-term placement What You'll Do Perform nursing assessments, triage, and ongoing monitoring for acute and chronic conditions Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols Respond to changes in condition and escalate care appropriately Collaborate with the onsite healthcare team and coordinate as needed within the facility setting Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record Follow security procedures, infection control standards, and facility guidelines to maintain a safe clinical environment Required Qualifications Active South Carolina RN license Minimum 1 year of RN experience in corrections, emergency, behavioral health, med-surg, or another high-acuity clinical setting Current BLS/ACLS certification, or ability to obtain prior to start Comfortable working in a secure correctional facility environment Strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a structured environment and follow established protocols Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Vacation Pay Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance 401(k) Professional Development Support Employee Recognition Programs Annual Appreciation Gifts Leadership Training Access Dedicated Recruiter Support About Cedar Park Med Cedar Park Med is a woman-owned small business and JCAHO-certified staffing firm -- not an MSP -- working directly with healthcare facilities.
