Online or offline Joint Commission accredited Multiple and Immediate Opportunities: (Morris & Essex County) In-Home Care Group Homes Rehabs Schools Nursing Homes Hospice RN Responsibilities Provide direct care to an assigned client, including assessments, medication management, wound care, and other medical interventions as necessary. Develop and implement a personalized care plan , working closely with the patient’s family, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Monitor the patient's progress , adjusting the care plan as needed based on their condition and response to treatment. Ensure effective communication with all parties involved in the patient's care, including family members, doctors, and therapists. Provide education and support to the patient and family on health management, medication administration, and lifestyle adjustments. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Advocate for the patient ’s well-being, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standard of care. Requirements: Current unrestricted RN license in the state of NJ Physical for employment, negative TB skin test or chest x-ray MUST Pass Background Check and Drug Test MUST have 3 References (2 Professional, 1 Personal) Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Paid time off Referral program Work Location: In person
