Responsibilities: /tProvide high-quality routine nursing care to assigned patients, including those with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central venous lines. /tClosely monitor your patients' progress, identify any changes in their condition, and take appropriate action. /tEducate and train patients and their families on proper care procedures. /tMaintain excellent communication with staff, patients, and families through clear written and verbal skills. /tUphold Advanced Care Partners' policies and procedures while delivering exceptional care. /tBe involved in all aspects of patient care, including cleaning of equipment and surrounding areas, ensuring all the patient's needs are being met in addition to clinical care. QualificationsRequired Qualifications /tValid RN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact (NCL). /tActive CPR certification (ONLINE COMPANIES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE). /tTwo or more years of experience is preferred /tValid PPD skin test. /tPhysical Requirements: /t/tNurses often need to be physically fit and strong to perform their duties, which can include: /t/t/tStanding and sitting for long periods of time, up to 12 hours. /t/t/tReaching above their head or using their hands and arms for various tasks. /t/t/tBending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling to assist patients or operate equipment. /t/t/tPushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more to move patients, equipment, or children. /t/t/tUsing hands with dexterity for tasks requiring feeling, grasping, and precise movements.
