Registered Nurse (RN) – Medication Assistance & Residential Support Company: Anchor Haven Behavioral Health Location: Cleveland, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN Schedule: Flexible shifts available (days, evenings, weekends) Compensation: Competitive pay based on availability and experience No Benefits provided About Anchor Haven Anchor Haven is a developing adolescent behavioral health residential program focused on providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth. Our mission is centered around stability, trauma-informed care, and helping adolescents grow in a therapeutic residential setting. Position Overview Anchor Haven is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to assist with medication support and resident health oversight within our residential behavioral health program. This position is ideal for: Newly graduated Registered Nurses - RNs seeking experience in behavioral health or residential care - Nurses looking for a flexible and supportive environment No prior behavioral health experience is required. Responsibilities - Supervise and assist with resident self-administration of prescribed medications - Verify resident identity, medication labels, dosage instructions, and medication schedules - Observe and document medication assistance procedures using paper documentation and medication logs - Maintain secure medication storage and controlled access procedures - Monitor residents for behavioral or physical concerns related to medications - Communicate concerns with leadership and outside providers as needed - Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care practices - Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for adolescents Qualifications - Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Newly graduated RNs are encouraged to apply - No prior experience required - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a structured team environment - Interest in adolescent behavioral health and residential care preferred Requirements - Must successfully complete: FBI & BCI background checks - Fingerprinting requirements - Drug screening (if applicable) - Must maintain professional boundaries and appropriate conduct at all times - Reliable transportation preferred Why Join Anchor Haven?
