TheNeighborhood Manageris a Registered Nurse who assures quality care and services for skilled nursing residents. This role assumes responsibility for healthcare delivery and supervises the work of other licensed and non-licensed professional team members on a skilled nursing neighborhood and is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s). Requirements For The Registered Nurse (RN) Neighborhood Manager Be a Registered Nurse, with a valid license in good standing fromthe State of PA. Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience; long-term care experience is preferred. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and exhibit enthusiasm and motivation. Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members. Have working knowledge of Internet, Medical Records, and Word Processing software.
