Excellent teamwork and hospital culture Available Roles & Requirements PRN Days Minimum of four 12-hour shifts in 6 weeks Minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 6 weeks (out of the 4 shifts) 2 holidays per year 1 hard-to-fill shifts per year Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team Qualifications ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required. 2+ years of RN experience required; at least 2+ years of Critical Care/ICU RN experience strongly preferred. Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS & NIHSS highly preferred. This position has a hiring range of : USD $41.96 - USD $59.91 /Hr.
